Kidopolis – Hilfe & Kontakt
Zahnrad oben rechts → „Ton“.
Welche Sprachen spricht Kidopolis?

Kidopolis – Help & Contact
We usually reply within a few days.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, automatically and only on your device. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted too.
How do I start over?
Tap the gear at the top right. Under “For Parents”, a grown-up solves a math question; then the game can be reset.
Turning music or sounds off
Gear at the top right → “Sound”. Music and sound effects can be switched on and off separately.
Why does the app ask a math question when I want to share a photo?
That's a parental gate. Sharing leaves the app, so a grown-up should agree first.
The kids are asleep and I can't play
At night the kids go to bed. Tap “🌙 Wake up!” at the top and it's morning right away.
Which languages does Kidopolis speak?
English and German. The app follows your device language. You can also pick the language in the game: gear at the top right → “Sprache · Language”. Then close Kidopolis and open it again.
